Need help with art- maybe even willing to pay for it!

Yeah, I'm on a budget. Maybe payment won't be available, or immediate if it does arrive. But here's what I need done so far:
-A cloud. I need a cool-looking cloud that looks as close to this as you can get: http://www.atradeforatrade.com/image/cache/data/marina/IMG_7103-175x175.png
It needs to look like it's made of paper, and it needs to be hanging from a string.
-I need a rubber duck, in the same kind of style as the cloud (looks like a cardboard cutout) and in a side view. It needs to be mounted on a stick, and this stick needs to extend down from the duck.
I may, if I can't find a good template, also need something else. I'll post in the comments if I do. In the meantime, if you're interested in making some cool stuff for little or no reward (this should go over well) let me know. You will at the very least get your name in the credits and a link to your site/blog/GameSalad page. If the lack of definite payment puts you off, I could potentially help you & your game with like voiceovers or something. Not art though, because as you can tell I'm rubbish at that.

I think you are breaking one or two forum rule here.
I'm not begging for anything. Come on guys. I need some art, and I don't know if I'll be able to pay. If you need sure payment, then don't comment. I'm still young(ish) and need my parents approval for money matters, approval that is not garunteed at the moment. How about this: comment if you're interested in potential payment, don't if you're not.
