Can't Preview Project [Windows]

For some reason every time I try to preview a scene, I get the error below. This happens with ANY project, even a brand new one. Anyone have any suggestions?

If anyone things it will help, I can post my dxdiag too. I just didn't want to do it right away since it would be HUGE.

    Try to update Internet Explorer. No idea if this will fix your problem, but you can always try B-)
