Submitting 2nd app. What am I doing wrong? CSR upload problem

I did this before without problem. GRRRRR.

I'm ready to upload my Certificate Signing Request and when I log into the portal, go to Certificates/Distribution, the directions tell me to "click the 'Add Certificate' button."

But there is no "Add Certificate" button. It shows me my Current Distribution Certificate (my first game) but no add button.

It's late, and maybe I'm sleepy, but I can't figure this out.

    Uh....you don't need a new certificate.

    Your first certificate works on all the apps you upload. You just need to get new provisions every time you upload a new app.

    No problem. I was in the same boat. It is a hassle uploading apps the first couple of times you do it, but once you get to your third or fourth upload, it should be a cake walk.
