Recently, I saw a poll asking about who you think the youngest person on GS is.
I think that when you register, it also prompts your age. If you'd like to publish anything and you are younger than 13, then they restrict you to only be allowed to GS Arcade. I know that when I was around 11, I always wanted to create a hit game. And when you're young, even just getting to design games on platforms like Sploder is the coolest thing in the world. I think GameSalad is fantastic, and nothing about it should make it so that it isn't open to all ages. I don't think necessarily people should be able to publish to the App Store, if they are under 13, however, I do think that they should be allowed to use GameSalad. GameSalad is simple enough for teachers to teach, and GameSalad could become used all over. I am not saying you need to create GameSalad in a more User Friendly Way, I am simply saying that if you are under 13, you could download GS, learn some skills, and be able to publish to the GS Arcade. Let's face it, if you are that age, an online arcade is good enough. Also, about the arcade-I have seen a lot of bad games, even if the people are older than 13.

So, that is my two cents for the day. I am not sure if you will even take any of what I just said into account. I hope some agree with me, because this whole rule about your account being shut down(That is what I heard) if you're under 13 is stupid, IMO. You can have a 14 year old who submits their game they bought and change the art, but you can't have a twelve year old publish games, even though he has used GS for over a year. I don't think it is fair, to those people, and I don't even see why GS is shutting down accounts. I think we should recall that rule. So that GS is a simple, fun for all ages, game developer, even if it is restricted slightly to some.

I hope some of you agree with me. "GASP." Said my fingers. :))
