I've just had 3 apps rejected by apple, all with the same reason. I have had other Kiips apps approved. Is anyone else finding this?
It was the same reason for all the apps:
20.2
We found that your app creates an inappropriate association with Apple because it does not include the official rules for the prizes it includes, nor does it indicate that Apple is not involved in any way, as required by the App Store Review Guidelines.
To help ensure that users know that Apple is not involved in your contest or sweepstakes in any way, you must:
- include an explicit statement in the contest or sweepstakes rules that specifies that Apple is not a sponsor nor is involved in any way
- include these rules - including this statement - in the app; it is not sufficient to include a link to a website stating this information
- ensure that the contest or sweepstake prizes are not Apple products; using Apple products as prizes suggests an inappropriate association with Apple

Add a note in the app or in the description that Kiip is not sponsored by Apple.
My app already has a piece in the description about Apple not being a sponser of kiip.
I'll update this thread when I have more news.
I'm currently working with Kiip to get my 4 apps through the apple approval process. The guys at Kiip do not understand way the apps are not being approved as I've done everything correctly and and are now talking to Apple on my behalf.
I'll let you know how it goes.
They spoke with apple and sorted it all out, now I guess I just need to wait and see how they do.
...but then I imagined something probably closer to reality... like lots of boring phone calls.
