Error creating app package for App

Hi all im having trouble publishing my apps to android i try to send my app to gamesalad for publishing however i recieve this message ( Error creating app package for App ) with an app id after can any body help me here ive tried removing the spash and still no good (HELP) :)

    found the problem my 512 jpeg was not accepted for some reason i had to change to another 1 all sorted now
