Using website and embedded browser as a dynamic nag screen

Has anyone had any success using the embedded browser and a webpage as a nag screen instead of a static nag screen. I want to promote my other games within each game without having to submit an updated game with a static nag screen. I am hoping to use a webpage that I can update on the fly and just have the embedded browser window pop-up occassionaly in between scenes.

Has anyone else experimented with this or come up with alternatives to using static pop-ups within the game?

Thanks

to clarify, I was referring to an Open URL behaviour that would direct the user to a website. I would be updating the website realtime. I am curious if others are doing something similar or if anyone encountered problems on the various platforms using embedded browsers (nook, amazon, etc...).

    Thanks
