What day do Nook apps go live?

Does anyone out there know what day B&N releases apps into the store? From looking at the posted release dates of other apps, it looks like Weds. My app has been listed as "In Store or queuing for publication" since yesterday. I thought it would go live today but so far it hasn't. Here's the rub: I need to update the links on my website to include the BN version today before I head off to Comic-Con Thurs. where I'm promoting the game with postcards on the Freebies Table. Any info would be great.

    Nevermind. It finally popped up. Noticed none of the new games have artwork yet, including mine. Is that normal?
