Splash screen - strange behavior

Is there anyone having strange behaviors with splash screen?
When you start the game the splash screen just blinks than goes black, after 2 seconds the game starts...
I have published it 4 times and the ad hoc still with this problem.

Have you loaded a splash screen into the publishing options each time you publish?

Yes tenrdemer, I`ve got loaded it. I just sent a message to support and they are looking for it. Only happens with iPad publish in portrait mode.
When you start the game with your iPad on a flat surface like a table the splash screen will only pop for half a second than goes black, but if you hold it like 90 degrees it will work ok...
