A Cover Flow Template Query

Hi I was using TShirtBooths template for the cover flow system and, as useful as it was I came across a problem. I know this may sound quite trivial but I couldn't seem to change the boxes from rectangular shaped actors to square shaped. I even attempted to change the image from a rectangular shaped drawing to a square I had drawn but it would morph into a rectangle. Thanks for reading (and responding).

Double click on the square actor in the scene and change its size to a square.

I found out what I need to do actually, under where the size changes as a result of an interpolation I clicked under otherwise and made it square. It's just that the "otherwise" tab was closed so I didn't notice
