i have a table say with 10 rows, each row with a question, so now on my actor i am having it to random pick a row to display its value and in the same time i am deleting a row, so since i have 10 rows after i click more than 10 times on my actor i no longer get a display question, so i add a save table attribute ,now i made it to have 20 questions, so i created a adhoc file, after getting 10 randoms questions i close my game completely so i tried opened again but instead of getting the rest 10 questions i get all 20 questions again. i thought i need a load table attribute but i don't see it.

It sounds like you are saving the table incorrectly. What you need to do is use the "Save Table" behavior and select the table you want to save from the drop down menu instead of the "Save Attribute" behavior.
Also, there is no "Load Table" behavior because that is done automaticity when the game starts.
