Wow...I just realized that lack of basic feature today. Ummmm...honestly...WTF? What kind of an app doesn't have multiple object selection? I mean...seriously...WTF? That is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. Yes, Unity is a little more code-centric...yet, it seems sooooo worth it to use relatively easy javascript or c# instead of the occasionally ridiculous object-based scripting of gamesalad...especially when gamesalad doesn't have BASIC features like...almost ROFL...selecting multiple objects....would someone email Me when that feature is added? Oh, and email Me when all the "legacy" gamesalad project files are actually downloadable from the game pages where the community members seemingly uploaded them before the Safari plugin and HTML5 nonsense happened. Thanks in advance! I'll likely be using Unity for making games before that email arrives.

@OMNI =; before you go on a bashing spree, read it again. He didn't mean when the game is finished and published...he meant during making the game. Selecting multiple objects to drag into place in the creator.

@OMNI - please keep the criticism constructive and relevant. You've been a member for 10 days, and you should educate yourself a bit more about GameSalad before slamming it with little to no knowledge about the software.

The "ridiculous object-based scripting of GameSalad" you are referring to is what GameSalad is all about. It's for people that do not know how, or do not want to code with a scripting language.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but coming on here with your first post, slamming the company and software, is not a good way to get any respect, or helpful information for that matter. If Unity is what works for you right now, then that is awesome. Enjoy using Unity, and I wish you luck making games with it. it's a marvelous program.

Unfortunately, GameSalad does not have an email system that will inform you when you think the features are up to par with your expectations, so you're going to have to obtain that information on your own, because I assure you, that email will never arrive.

    Have a fantastic day! \:D/

Bumping this as it really should be added. Also aligning objects on stage would be soooo helpful.
