There are a couple ways to do it:

    A) Make real money merchandise. If you have coins in your game, make collecting them limited and make it possible to buy them.

    B) Sell it. If you don't think it will be too successful online, sell it to somebody in the community who will clean it up. Sure, they'll publish it themselves but thats guaranteed money, no risk paying to publish it.

There is ALWAYS a way around playing a game online thats bought. So don't do it because you'd lose a LOT of money. Good luck on your game by the way!

Catchy / unique games do catch on and sell but often are short lived, those whom can commercially market there games have an advantage. Just love making games more than you like making money and always take time to think outside the norm when making games.

As you make more games and plan on making money, don't think about. If you think about how you can make money out of a game from start to end, you probably won't make much money. Think of the game, quality, and at the end think of how this great game can make you some.

The reality is most game developers don't make much on their first few games, although there are the exceptions, the plan should be to keep making games getting better at it and making better games and keep marketing yourself and build an audience and or following which will back into your previous titles. Basically independent game developers are entrepenuers and that type of business building can take years to build up even for people with lots of capital. You really need to be in this for the long haul.

Hey thanks for all the feed back guys, I understand about making games for the love and not for the money. I'm and independent film maker so I know all about that lol. I was really hoping to find some cool people join on my project see if they can make my game better. I'm going to have it out soon and see what you all think about it.
