making pro mom video for app

hey guys i have been using quick time for mac to do screen recording of my apps to make video's to post on my site, My problem is i can only record sound if i use the mic and there for it records any background sound to, kinda sucks, is there a way to record just the onscreen sounds in the app by not using the mic?? any help would be great thanks, I have 3 kids so its almost impossible to get it silent to do it the current way lol

ScreenFlow or ScreenFlick are 2 good ones. I believe there was a good web based one some people use as well. cant remember the name of that one though.

I use QuickTime and I can record system sound? And when I use a mic I run it through GarageBand and turn on monitoring and I can record both through QuickTime as GB outputs through system sound when the track monitoring is set to on. So both system sound and mic are mixed together.

@Gotyours you will need to use something like Soundflower if you want to record system audio whilst making a Quicktime screen recording.
