Play Haven

so I added play haven to my latest free game, filled out all the info via the link on the GS website, but it never asked me for my paypal info?

The ads are running on the game..what do I do next? will I be contacted by GS of play haven once I start earning money?

    You are asked your paypal email address in the tax information in your GS settings. :)

    Oh man, I DID do that already...too much game making not enough sleep I think :)
