error upload to app store - failed code signing verification.. ?

hi,
im using application loader to upload my ios app to the app store but i keep getting the error "application failed codesign verification, The signature was invalud, contains disallowed entitlements, or was not signed with an iphone distribution certificate" - is this some thing someones come across before ? any idea how to resolve it ?
any helps much appreciated !

Hiya, make sure you're using a distribution provisioning profile for the app store (not adhoc or development provisioning profiles that you've been using to test).
