outline on display text box?

If there is a turquoise background and you wanted an actor that displayed text whose background was turquoise, text was red, but you wanted the outline of the box to be black, how would you do that?

There's no Stroke facility in GSC; so you've only two options:

1) Make your turquoise background with the black outline as a graphic and import it

2) Make up the stroke with 4 black-coloured actors
