app rejected again

I have a pretty cool app that has been rejected now 3 times due to content, is there a place i can upload this app so people can still get it not in the app store?, i don't want my hard work to go to wast, and what they want me to change kills the game totally

yea i have sent it to there review board, basically it was a fruit ninja with pot that you cut up. it was a request from some friends of mine so i made it for them, I find it funny that the content was a issue when i used the rating system and set it to 17+ and only put it up in canada and the Us, think it more luck of the draw with the person that gets it at apple, i did some research after the fact and thought i would type pot in the app store and could not believe what i found and was even more offset by mine getting rejected. Well we will have to wait and see

Does anyone know how long the appeal process takes? I sent in my appeal about 9 days ago and i got a e-mail saying they received it but that was all

I`m also waiting for approval, but only 3 days now. It`s lame that your app didn`t get approved, since we already have GTA and other games where you can murder civilians, do drug deals, run over prostitues with cars etc. But I´ll guess GTA is so popular they just had to accept it.

@SinSquid Hey i got a e-mail from them today and they told me they where trying to call, i checked my phone and there was no call, lol, i replied to there e-mail giving my number again, still waiting, just thought you would like to know how long it has taken, good luck with your app
