Preparing for Nexus 7 - 1280 x 800

I want to prepare my games for the Nexus 7 which as the dimensions 1280 x 800. Is the best way to do this to use the Kindle Fire / Nook preset (1024 x 600) and then just adjust the screen size to 1280 x 800 for each scene? Thanks for helping on this!!

    Ok so all we have to do is go into each scene and adjust width and height to 1280 800 but leave the camera the same right ? Sorry to be repetitive here

    I tested my Kindle Fire project on the Nexus and it worked fine,no black bars.
