"Tax Info" Link for MarketPlace

Hi. So I am too the point where I need to give my tax info to GS. Except, when I followed the link (https://gamesalad.com/profile/taxinfo). Except, this link doesn't lead me anywhere, and it says the page cannot be found. Does anyone know of the link? I have looked in my profile page, too. I am not really sure where to go.

    If it does not show up In your profile, there is no link to be given. You will have to wait until your profile is updated by GS. Contact the marketplace via email and let them know that you don't have access to your tax info via your profile (if you just got accepted for marketplace distribution, it may take a few days before this change is made).
