Good place to buy game art?

Anyone know of a good place to get / buy 2D game art? Specifically 2D cartoon people running (Both male and female). Preferably inexpensive.

Thanks, that's almost what I'm looking for. I'd like to find a few more sites to compare styles. Any other suggestions? I should add that I definitely need both male and female versions.

http://opengameart.org/ I have found a couple there, although there is some junk in it too. Not all of it is what you are looking for.
Also, there is 13 different characters that aren't animated very well, but they have a good look: http://vector.tutsplus.com/articles/web-roundups/free-vector-character-designs/

Even just their website ( http://vector.tutsplus.com/ ) I find pretty useful.
