Russian in app purchase fraud

Apple recently sent an email to developers outlining how to secure against the recent Russian in app purchase fraud, what, as a Gamesalad developer, can we do about this?

    Not much, there are code changes to be done so GS will need to implement it.

    On top of it, the Apple workaround is not working...
