Status SANDBOX Problem / Apps Rejects AppStore

Hello, what is the current status of the Sandbox Problem, regarding GameSalad Games in the Apple AppStore?
Are GS Apps still auto-rejected due the missing Sandbox Mode? I need to know, before I consider purchasing
GS PRO. Thank you.

Apparently they stated that they're aiming for a mid August fix for the Sandbox problem.

However they still need to confirm if also the icon issue will be fixed, if not you won't be able to pass through the Application Loader because now Apple wants 1024 px icons for MAS apps and GS at the moment lets you publish only with 512 px icons
