how to get my app on the app store

Hello,
I finished with my application and would like to get it on app store. i need to know the exact step by step way to do it. i know there are lots of videos on youtube by tshirt. but they are many and dono which to follow. I am uploading it 4 the 1st time using gamesalad so i need to know how to go with it. thank you. :D

    Check out the apple publishing tutorial on the cookbook. That should do it.
