Need help countering negative feedback(Australians please)

Got a one star vote on my game the first day it was out in Australia saying it crashed while loading. If it does I need to know. If it doesn't, can someone counter the feedback saying it loads for them? Otherwise it's DOA in Australia. Here is the link. I'll provide a code if you are in Australia and want to assist. Thanks!
