play button windows problem

I have a problem if i make a new actor and places him in the bottom (iphone landscape) position x 239.5000 y 26.0000 size width 431.0000 height 38.0000 and press play i can only see the half of it and it is in the right corner in the top.
what should i do?

    I found a way to do.

    1.click on the actor

    2.go up to the coordenates not in the backstage but in bar and set x 100 y 100.

    3.drag the actor back into the game and it works.

    I think its just a windows bug.
