Purchased Sound doesnot work!

Hi, i have purchased the Utopian MUSIC and SFX sound PACK, but for some reason, the songs doesnt work on my gamesalad, i have already redownloaded, replaced, and renamed everything.

I see all the songs on the Purchased Sounds, TAB but i can Play anyone, what could i do?
