Where's the 'New Release' Games on Google Play?

So I just started getting into the Android world as the client I'm making a big iOS game for wants their game on Google Play as well. I put one of my older games on the their called Spazcon but...there's no 'New Releases' section, only top paid etc. Even the books and movies have new releases.
Any well versed Android users out there know why they don't show New Release games or is there another outlet? Newly published games just get auto-buried IMO.
