Why is this game glitching?

My friend is making a simple game. However, there is one problem. On every single level, the game completely freezes a few seconds in.

I think it is the game because the same thing happens in the Gamesalad Viewer in his iPod touch. I can't seem to find the reason why. Maybe a "time bomb"?

    My game was doing that too. The problem is somewhere in the bullet's "code", you left something black.
