Should I move the actors or the camera?

Hi guys,

I have a large scene (has big width) so should I move the actors so it will look like they are moving or should I move the camera if possible?

depends on what you are trying to do

do the actors need to move on the scene or are they fixed?

if the actors need to move, then you move them. if they are fixed and you just want a scrolling effect then you move the camera.
