how do i connect on itunesconnect?

i was wondering how do i connect to itunes connect on windows cuz when i join it says i dont have permission

    Why do you want to connect if you can't publish iOS games on Windows?

    You have to own a Mac. It's Apple rule, not GS.

    Well my bro has a mac but he wont let me use it but is there i way i could upload it to andriod?

    Yes it is. You can publish for Android with Windows machine, and Pro account.

    So, if yor brother won't allow you his Mac, and you can't pay the 299 USD - you have to publish for HTML5 - there is no other option.

    Its a good price, i can't afford it, but i know its a good price. It used to be something like $2000, then $500, now $299. Thats a good price.

    Also, if you were to "connect on itunesconnect" you must pay $99 for an account.
