but you can open an account with your father's name

You cannot open an account with yiur fathers name legally. Your father must open the account and agrees to everything and keep in mind the money is in his name as well because it is his account and his contracts with apple.

@tenrdrmer yes, sorry. If you seat down in front of your computer with your father and you open an account, there is no problem
