Scrolling in game salad?

Hi guys,
I was wondering what the best way to 'scroll' down and up a page with the drag of a finger on the iPhone using GS.

I want to make a very long page, but I want to have the users able to scroll through that page by dragging their finger downwards or upwards.

Can someone provide me with kind of step-by-step instructions on how to do this, from start to finish? I'm kind of new, thanks guys!

Um.. guys if you can't provide step-by-step. Any answer would be fine... Just something to get me on track :l
