Flying Away Actors

Scenario:
- Actor 1 is set to "Move To" a fixed X, Y coordinate. Run to completion OFF. Relative to SCENE.
- Multiple instances of the actor in the scene.
- A self.toggler is set to trigger this movement at random intervals.

Result:
It works fine where by the actors travel to the point at their own time.

Problem:
There are random cases where actors fly away outside of the scene, as though they ignored the conditions set by "Move To". Could there any be reason why an actor will behave this way? The only reason I see would be the "relative" setting but it's already set to SCENE.
