Camera won't move?!

I watched tshirtbooth's simple video about moving cameras and I cannot imitate the behaviour! Firstly, I put control camera on my actor. Then in the workspace, I can move the adjustable area (the stuff that triggers when to move it), but it will not let me move the actual area at all. In addition, in preview the camera will not move period. Any ideas?

    You should make sure you select the camera in the top left corner of the level editor when trying to change the camera tracking area. Also make sure that the actor controlling the camera is on a scrollable layer.
