I didn't see your game, but if it's pretty good, it'll be good whenever you release it - even without marketing campaign.
And if it's not as good as you think, well, you won't earn that much of money, even with ads on each mobile gaming site.

I suppose that you heard about the Thursday releases - this is no longer true. Most of big companies releases their games on Thursday - so guess how huge competition do you get in the first couple of days, if you have to compete with AAA titles.
Days when nothing is happening in the App Store, when sites like TouchArcade doesn't have any new cool games to write about, are safer for indie devs with medicore games.

So it doesn't matter if the games was available in China two days before it is available in US.
Stop looking at all App Stores from each country like at one store bulk. Treat each of them as a different market.

@Fal01
It's destructive and there's no point in getting angry with people who are only trying to help you.
Sarcasm to @TheMoonwalls does no good either ("Comprende"; and "medicore" (you surely must realise that predictive text isn't all good sometimes...)) but I know he will speak for himself there.
To underline what's already been said, if you really think a few days either way is going to make any difference to your app you are much mistaken. Take a look at this if you like which shows you are competing with at least 80 game apps a day alone:

I wonder what your marketing aspects/strategies were that have been adversely affected by this as well...

OK, but still on the same page? So you're game icon can still be seen on the first page? If so, I really don't know what else you're expecting, to be honest, or why that'd make any difference that it appears a third of the way down the page.
even if it appeared first, right at the top, you've only got to blink, in a manner of speaking, and it'll be pushed further down the page anyway. What I mean is, with the constant stream of new apps appearing day by day, it doesn't stay near the top for very long at all.

What I see...A melt down and venting all over people you should not be venting over.
That, is silly. Now come on. Make nice.

@Fal01 - Releasing in the app store is kinda a crap shoot no matter how well you plan it. Ex. I released my one lone app on Sunday, as it has been statistically proven apps released on Sundays tend to do better. (FYI No idea if that is true in practice, but, hey, it was worth a shot.) Then it becomes the magical review dance of getting your review in so that it will hopefully be approved only a day or two before because, at least in the past, the new releases showed up on the day approved not the day you pick to release. Not sure if that is true anymore. So, my game got approved on a Friday and went out but, do to time differences, it actually went out on Saturday in some countries.
In the end, it had no discernible affect on my game's release. Also, I have been told by many working devs, when you hit the app store you don't necessarily want to promote the hell out of it. Your first week or so in the App Store should function as an extended beta test. Get any feedback or bugs you may have missed, update, then blitz your media. Again, just a theory
