How to DECREASE the size our game without losing content

The "SIZE" of our game requires a wireless connection to download. We fear that people will not cme back to download our APP, once they realize the size our file. How can we decrease the size of applicaion? My empoyee used tables to create the game and is not well versed in code. Our product is very similar in the style of play and format of Angry Birds but their game is much smaller in size and does not need a wireless connection for doanla. Is there anything we can do or purchase?
