Submission Tutorial

Is there a step by step guide to sending in a submission to apple. Im mean STEP--by--STEP--by--STEP. No assumptions that i know this or know that. From creating the files needed from your apple dev account that match up with the info your submitting thru gamesalad. etc etc.
