GameSalad Marketplace Questions

I'vr read the process for submitting assets to the marketplace for approval, but I couldn't find info on a few questions.

#1 Does GameSalad take a share of the money?
#2 How do I receive the money from purchases?

    Yesterday i got my sales report for the marketplace, it answered both your questions.
    This is what it said -

    Here is your sales reporting data for April 2012 for your assets in the GameSalad Marketplace. As stated in your terms, you receive 70% of monies collected (after any fees/taxes) by GameSalad. Once your accumulated sales are over US$100, you will receive payment via PayPal NET 30 from close of month.
