Help with app store submission, this one has me stumped

I get the following error just as I am about to submit application

There was an error saving changes: NullPropertyException. Stack is: [Ljava.lang.StackTraceElement;@6c910383

    Restart your browser and try again? Clear its cache and try again? Or your PC?

    Sounds like your browser may be funky.
