Publish to Linux, XBOX 360, PSP, PSVITA, Windows and other consoles

are there going to be other consoles or systems to publish our gamesalad games?

    I can Almost GURANTEE Xbox will not be one. As for the others probably not.

    The wonderful thing about iPhone development is that you typically just need the devices you have and a Mac.

    In general, most traditional platform holders (Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony) will want you to lease a dev kit from them. This usually is a modified version of final hardware, and can cost thousands.

    Some companies I've worked for have got round this problem (on the DS at least) by using the same carts typically used for piracy.

    It's why the iPhone market (and I guess android too?) is so appealing. It has removed the typical boundaries to making a game and getting it onto a popular platform.

    Essentially it's a re-imagining of the early 80s when people could make a hit game from their bedroom without investing tens of thousands to just get their head in the door!

    I think there is a chance that Windows and OUYA will be added, but not the other platforms you mentioned.
