Which Android Test-devices did you use

Hi,
our game is almost finish and we want to test the game on different devices. So on iOS, wie have sevaeral iPhones, iPads and iPhone touchs. But for android we must buy some.
So on which devices (Phones and Tablets) did you test your games and on which does it run or made it some problems? I've heard, that it is often a lucky game if it runs or not.
