Help moving actors

hello everybody
so i am a new user of gamesalad and i dont know how to move my pause actor with my scene when my principal actor move

    Go in Scene/Layers, make a new folder and place the pause actor in it, now uncheck the 'scrollable' box. This should do the trick ;)

    yes i do this but it doesn't work
    maybe i dont know because i put 510*2000 scene and i place the camera in the top with my principal actor and my pause actor
    so when i put preview the camera go down maybe that's why i cant see my pause actor
    but now what can i do so that the camera does not move

    Do not connect the pause button to move the camera. have it connected to nothing other than its functions when pressed.
