Playhaven working in other countries?

Does anyone know if Playhaven works in other countries or just the U.S.? I know that iAd only works in a handful of countries and don't remember reading anything on where Playhaven works. I would assume anywhere because what would happen when the command for show ad pops up if a game is downloaded in Australia.
