How to test my app with new update?

How to test my app with the new update?
Everything has changed. I can make a signed app for iTunes, but first I must test it on my iPad.
I have searched around, also into cookbook, but I can't find it...
Is there a video of this new (uploading way) to TEST my app?

No videos or tutorials as far as I know so far. Just follow the directions on the page and you'll figure it out, it's pretty simple once you get it.

I have tried it many times now. But I only get the project to upload and sign to get it on iTunes. I have used the Development Provisioning Profiles (for testing) and not the distribution code/profiles. I get after sign the app, a package and I zip this. But I can get it into my iTunes on the mac (add file to library) to test it on the iPad. I did it with all my other apps, but now it looks like impossible with the new update...

I'm missing something? What must I do with the zipped file?

I don't think you zip the file to add it to itunes.
