how do i publish with the new gs 0.10.00?

i hit publish and a dialogue pops out saying "upload game file" so i tap on the "upload" button and then it says "uploading..." .

nothing happens after a while. what happen to the devices options?

    the new process sucks ass. the older one was so much simpler sigh
