Dust: An Elysian Tail

Anyone been playing this?

I bought it yesterday.
Pretty much all done by one guy (other than the sound, and voice acting)

Awesome game. Am about 1:30 into it.

Like...Metroid, crossed with a bit of skyrim, with over the top combat like devil may cry.

    This game is awesome! First boss battle intro is hilarious!:

    Fidget: "What is that thing! It's so ugly!"
    Dust: "We've come this far together, and your surprised about this?"(even though it's in the first 5 minutes XD )
    Fidget: "But it has evil knife hands! EVIL KNIFE HANDS! Be careful Dust!"

    ^^^That's only in the trial.
    That boss actually comes in the "real" game about 4-5 hours in apparently.

    The trial has you pretty powered up and takes you to a few random places from throughout the game.

    Yeah, I got the game last night. Already at the underground village. The whole Fuse/Ginger relationship is pretty disturbing to me.

    I think so yeah.
    I aslo read he is animating a feature film to tie in with the game's story or something.

    as for the game
    I'm about 2:40 in. Just met Fuse, and then gone back to talk to Ginger.
    Summat fishy going on there ;)

    @VibraKnife I spend a bit of time just tooling around leveling up and whatnot :)
    Got about 8 sidequests on the go too

    I kill everything I see, and I make sure they feel the pain. I trail 'em all to the end of the room and kill them.

    I'm level 10 at the mo
    not played today yet though. :)

    I tend to spend a bit of time exploring around. Making sure I see where the alternate paths lead (usually to a chest!)

    Did you find (near the start of the game) the cage with 4 locks on it?
    I didn't have 4 keys at the time, so it's still locked (even though I know what's in it as I had it spoiled by watching the quick look on Giant Bomb) ;)

    Hey @Sparkyidr I sent u a friend request. I got to chapter 3. Fought evil knife hands. And only 3 hours game time. I know a secret to getting the 1000 hit combo achievement. :D

    Ps, in chapter 3, you might not want to trust chests as often. Sometimes they'll have bad guys in them.

    Hey @Sparkyidr Have you fought Lady Tethys?

    Took me 20 minutes to get a strategy while fighting her the entire time.

    I've not played today... but I think I tried to fight her last night (if it's the same character, I dont recall the name, but it was a woman), and she kicked my arse....and then I went to bed :)

    Lol! The same thing here! Except with Gaius. :( Why must you have yo fight him 3 TIMES!
