How do you organize your work with GS?

Hello,
My question specifically is on organization of actors and behaviors that if not organize, can get pretty hard to track. I know you can rename rules, use tags, etc... I'm curious to know what people's workflow is like. Do you write on paper first like a flow chart, etc...?

Thanks,
Doron

Use tags to group actors (e.g. all HUD-related actors go into a "HUD" tag) so that I can use the drop-down menu to view only those actors.

Group and/or name the rules (not just "Enemy movement" but "Enemy moving right slowly").

Use notes to remind myself of special situations, math formulas, Otherwise behaviors, etc.

I also use a Notes actor that is just a yellow square that I place at the top of the actors pane and fill with Note behaviors that are more general in nature (e.g. credits, version details, outstanding technical issues, etc.).
