Why is my actor spinning???

Hi,

If I start the game and then push Up/left to press up against the left wall the ship starts to spin once I stop moving... I have no idea why this is happening if anyone can shed some light on it...

I'm using the TSB method of self.Motion = vectorToAngle(self.Motion.Linear Velocity.X, self.Motion.Linear Velocity.y)

My ship/actor spins like a maniac when I push up against the left wall... Please help!

Brand new to GS, so please go easy on me! :)
