@wijman -- perhaps if you upload your project I could take a look at it and see if there is a workaround. I'm not quite sure of what kind of bouncing you are referring to. There are certainly other methods to get actors to rotate. Each have their strengths and weaknesses.
While Unity is fine -- GameSalad is even finer. Why not spend ten extra minutes (or even ten extra hours) learning GameSalad before spending the next ten weeks trying to figure out Untiy!
